At Best Silicone Babies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions: 

✔️ The doll must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔️ All included accessories (outfits, certificates, etc.) must be returned.
✔️ You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized dolls.

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


🔁 How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Contact our support team at info@bestsiliconebabies.com with your order details.
2️⃣ We will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us within 7 days using a trackable shipping method
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


💰 Refund Policy

✔️ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval.
✔️ If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may issue a partial refund or store credit instead.
✔️ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


🚑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
